Parkour & Free Running

Parkour is a new discipline under USAG, and we are proud to offer classes every Friday and Saturday. Within the 60 minute class, athletes will learn how to navigate through physical obstacles. Theses techniques will include running, jumping, and swinging from each object. 

Free Running is the more advanced version of Parkour, introducing gymnastic-style skills to get from each obstacle. This program is invite only. 

Parkour classes are offered Fridays at 4pm & 5pm and Saturdays at 4pm & 6pm. 

Free running classes are offered Fridays at 6pm and Saturdays at 6pm.
