This program is geared towards beginners who want to learn a little gymnastics while having some fun! Kids enjoy a 60 minute class, rotating through all 4 events in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (Beam, Bars, Vault, and Floor). Coaches also do a fun 5 minute activity at the end of each class to mix it up!
While this is a recreational program, the goal for those interested is to build enough of a foundation for the kids to move up in programs.
We offer these classes Monday-Thursday from 4pm-7pm on the hour. Pricing starts at $60 per month for 1 class a week.
Parent & Me
Our Parent and Me classes are for children 3 and under with parental supervision required. The class will include fun, gymnastic-related activities for both the kids and parents! Each class is 45 minutes long with an open gym option!
