Mens competitive Artistic Gymnastics
The Developmental Program at Xtreme Air Academy follows alongside the USAG Developmental Program. We compete levels 3-5, with some exceptions.
In this program, they will learn the foundations of artistic gymnastics. Mens’ Artistic Gymnastics include High Bar, Pommel Hourse (Mushroom), Vault, Floor, and Parallel Bars. Athletes are required to compete in all 5 events. The athletes grow physically and mentally to better prepare them for the optional levels.
