Girls Competitive Artistic Gymnastics
GIRLS COMPETITIVE ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
The Girls Competitive Program at Xtreme Air Academy is multifaceted taking advantage of both the USAG Developmental Program and the USAG Xcel Programs. In this program, they will learn the foundations of artistic gymnastics including beam, bars, vault, and floor. Athletes are required to compete in all four events. Athletes grow physically and mentally to better prepare for the optional levels.
Our Developmental Program currently consists of gymnasts competing levels 3-6 while our newly launched Xcel Program has gymnasts competing at both Bronze and Silver levels.
Gymnasts that are interested in the competitive program that are not quite ready for meets may consider our Stars Program. This is a great avenue for gymnasts who want the extra practice and hours without the competitive nature. While Stars do not compete formally, gymnasts will participate in an annual in-house competition and possible exhibitions!
